"I phoned to tell them the mutton kebab smelled bad, obviously cooked mutton. The question he asked how many kebabs did you get was unimaginable as I don 't believe that if I hadn 't got 2 kilos in 2 orders delivery to 2 homes and I had got half a kilo there should be a different treatment. Then, after I told the quantity, he suggested that I return it myself !! to get the money back. From when does the customer have to return the order due to poor quality and even late at night?! Similar issue that arose with another store, the manager himself came with a new order to my door to pick up and confirm what I said. Unacceptable for the history of the store."
