This is a lovely new chippy with shiny new counters and looks very appealing. The staff are friendly and always have a smile. The food is reasonably priced, with some great bargains most of the time and is really yummy. It does all the usual chippy suppers but also pizza, burgers, munchie boxes and ice cream! It's a great wee chippy and I will be using as my regular read more.

What Lisa Murphy doesn't like about Ruthy's Fish Chips:
Worst sausage and chips I have ever had! Would not feed the sausage to my dog as it had a horrible smell! Obviously both had been lying for a long time, would not recommend this shop to anyone read more.

Had special fish and chips for tea and it was lovely. fish was fried to perfection crispy and hot when delivered. Will be back soon.

"Had the Tea for Two and can honestly say it’s the best one I have ever had! Extremely good variety of sandwiches and cakes and a massive amount to work your way through. "Oh dear I’m sorry but this has gone downhill! I was there a couple of years ago and food was lovely but this time the Mac and cheese was tasteless. "What a sound! absolutely gorgeous little jewel of a caffe not far from the city center of glasgow. my friends and I had speck pancakes and black pudding, i and chorizo spices fabulous taste and much of it, washed by some excellent coffee if I lived closer, my morning routine would change to include more regular visits."

"Doesn't look fancy from the outside but don't be put off. Food is fantastic, portions are huge, and all really reasonably priced. Staff really nice too. None of my family except my wife speak Polish plus my dad is very elderly and has dementia, but everyone was really patient and friendly to both him and us even though the restaurant was very busy. Will be back!"
