"Used this place a few times and their steak pie and chips is really nice. Rich, meaty chunks of stew and a rich gravy. The goujons are probably the best i've ever had. Also, never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a delivery. Never been disappointed by the food or quality of service. "Booked the Bistro for my 60th Birthday dinner for 24 of us. Had the 2 course Celebration menu,fixed price which suited my needs. On the night the food was excellent, service was great and everyone was so impressed with their meal. I think you may have a few more customers after this. They even cut and bagged my birthday cake as everyone was tok full to eat anymore! For my birthday, it was just as I hoped it would be!"

"Recently reopened after a bit of refurbishment and look good. absolutely packed on Saturday and had to wait for a table, but only about 5-10 minutes. not sure if they have a new chef, but the sweet epakora tasted like another recipe and was fantastic. usual selection of dressed on their lunch menu and large portion sizes. nans always tasty and generous. Nice to see that the ice is served in glass bowl instead of the old metal bowl that used it earlier. service and personal super. highly recommended and fantastic."
