We travelled last week on the 11 am from larne found out at the port there was a 2hr delay. We were given refreshment vouchers so we decided to go to the cafe to redeem them. We could see staff were clearly under pressure due to the delays but in my eyes they coped very well. We got panini and toasties which both were very tasty and the coffee was very good .. An absolute sh@tshow. One of the staff actually commented‘Jesus f*cking Christ’ when an elderly lady couldn’t find where the spoons were! No thank you, please or even hello from a stony faced staff member who then told us to leave as soon as we’d finished our very bland sandwiches! I would recommend bringing sandwiches to the ferry terminal and give this den a miss! read more.
