"Love visiting The Prom Cafe. Recently it has been very busy however, there is a great vibe and buzz in the Cafe and considering the recent news that so many hospitality businesses are suffering and ultimately closing as a result, it’s great to see in our local town. Despite being busy, all the staff work really hard to provide an excellent customer experience. It is especially great for dog owners with there being a designated area, bowls of water provided also. Staff are very informative re menu information, prices and if on the odd occasion there is a wait time. Brilliant variety on the menu and delicious when served. Will continue to visit. Make sure to check it out and the home made chips are a must, especially at Xmas!!! Well Done All"

"Ordered food on just eat at 5pm, after about 1 hour rang to ask where my order was and was told it was on its way. Then rang again and the girl hung up on me and told me to stop mouthing down the phone, simply because I wanted to know where the food was. I rang back after being hung up on and was assured it was leaving now, after 40 mins still no food. Rang again and was told it would be here within 20 mins. Good still didn’t arrive. Shocking customer service from the girl who thinks it’s acceptable to tell customers to stop mourning down the phone and hang up on customers. Really disappointed loved Ruby’s before this!"
