Come in and get Kansas City style BBQ. Uh-huh. Sorry to bust your bubble, but I've had BBQ from N.C. Kansas City, and Texas. N.C. BBQ tasted just like it looks. Baby crapp yellow. Kansas City BBQ is drowning in sweet sauce to hide the imperfections. In Texas, they don't put anything on it unless you request it.
