Very good reception, refined cuisine good quality products. Experience to renew. I don't know the hotel, but the lodging is according to my family very well.

"We had dinner in this restaurant, by the riverside. Located in the very old town of Joigny, we enjoyed it tremendously. Friendly reception, cocktails upstairs, order during cocktails, and then go downstairs to your table in a beautiful elevator. Everything perfectly timed, all details impeccable...(ambiance, whites, cutlery, and son on). Great cava. But the star is the food: no doubt among the best."

"I had the opportunity to eat at the strong house on a visit to friends at least a year ago. a pure treat from the entrance to the dessert through the chablis. even the smell of towels and the design of plates makes you want to stay there. the chef is very friendly and he doesn't hesitate to tell you the story of his restaurant and his know-how. as I told him at the check-in: it is thanks to restaurants like his own that we want to eat in quality French restaurants.
