What José Serrato likes about Astiz:
It is the third time that I eat at the Posada de Astiz and the three times they have treated me wonderfully. Today we have stopped to eat, fleeing from the storms, and although they do not serve meals if they are not previously ordered, they have given us to eat a salad and some fried eggs with past ham, txistorra and chips.
