"Awful service, both by staff and managers. I scheduled a pickup order and was charged twice for it try to get a refund for the other charge. They told me that they would fix it after their lunch rush but did not take my name my phone number or any account information. I'm a college student and Chick-fil-A is not cheap especially with inflation right now. This is probably the worst service I've ever gotten from a Chick-fil-A. I waited to talk to a manager for 15 minutes and still was talking to the regular staff the entire time."

"Top notch service, phenomenal food!! Parking is tight and it may take a few minutes to get seated, but you will NOT be disappointed. I had the eggs Benedict with brisket and green chili Benedict sauce,...mind blown. My girl had the Quiche and we shared cranberry pecan French toast. This is on my list of places to eat in Las Cruces."
