First time visiting this restaurant since they opened. We waited for someone to take our order over the intercom, the girl never replied to our request to place our order. We had to do self order at the drive thru. I ordered the Torta lunch plate, it was was okay, beans were flavorless no salt! Rice had a bad smell and a weird taste it also seemed burnt. "I used to really love this place, but the past month or so that I have gone it's been disappointing. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese was really thin and grainy. The bagel had also obviously been cut with a dirty utensil since there appeared to be tomato on the outside of my bagel (which was not on my order). I love Milagros and decided to give another chance a couple weeks later, but this time I ordered a potato burrito. The potato was so burned that it was undesirable to eat. I've gone and received mixed service. Some workers are very kind while others are rude (doesn't bother me too much so long as the food is good). Hopefully, it's not going downhill."
