What elindoo doesn't like about Restaurante Bar Pantalan:
US tourists in town looking for a great restaurant near the water, but this isn't it. Service was really poor, no one spoke English, pointed to items on the menu that we wanted, apparently got what they wanted to server. Not bad, not great, but everything fried and not a lot of taste. Is this a custom here to bring out bread, which we didn't ask for and then charge you for it? Not sure. Would not go back read more.
