Our first night in Las Vegas and we just wanted something simple as we have 2 big nights coming up. We pre booked this place as we fancied some Asian food. The food was tasty and well prepared, but, having spent a lot of time in Asia, I would say not quite as authentic as the real thing. We chose: Salt Pepper Sichuan Chicken Wings: Deep Fried And Tossed In Our Secret Sichuan Rub Crispy Pork Belly Bacon: Pork Belly Sl... View all feedback.
What Puneet Sharma doesn't like about 8 East:
Good, not great. Overpriced from a quality and quantity standpoint. Had the Dan Dan (Mien) ... which had a peanut sauce ... first time I had peanut sauce in a Dan Dan. I wouldn't give it 5 stars at all. Quick prompt service. View all feedback.

Pre-movie pre-game. Accepted a seat at the bar. Began with the $14 Desert Rose. Good tartness. Wavered among several interesting food items but ultimately selected the $16 Cumin Lamb Lollipops. Both pieces had a very heavy char crust; meat beneath was a juicy well-grilled red. Earthy flavor. Didn't seem to be an elegant way to consume so switched between gnawing off the bones to spearing stripped pieces with the fork. Came with a tiny cup of slaw but personally I wish there was maybe a yoghurt dip. Finished with a $15 One Night in Hong Kong as dessert. Spice over sweet, and very boozy. Value: Above average to excellent for Circa and even Downtown. Atmosphere: Like a bento box, but fancy. Nagel-like pop pictures on the wall, lucky cats, red accents, lanterns, and light woods. Service: Outstanding and personable from Landon(sp? the receipt listed him as the very impersonal Employee 265003).
My husband paid 65 dollars for lobster fried rice It was delicious but not 65 dollars worth
Bartender was awesome super friendly. Food hit the spot!!!
A small little place tucked in the corner at a mega resort that packs a mean punch! We finally tried this place this week after hearing how good it was and Circa is my favorite place in Fremont Street so I knew I wanted to try it out. We shared bao buns and potstickers for appetizers and dan dan noodles and brisket fried rice for entrees. More than plenty of food here! Server brought everything out though too quickly. Did not try any of the drinks there but thought they were too expensive. I think the food was quite decent. Back home in Milwaukee, we have a similar concept restaurant called Hungry Sumo. Similar menu and offerings. I do have to say their Dan Dan noodles walked laps around yours, but I think this place was still good! Try it next Vegas trip.
