We went to Ramen Tatsu to dine in on a Thursday around 6pm. It was a bit busy and there was one waitress. Plan to spend between $14-20 per person. The food was delicious, but for my taste I wish it was a bit hotter. The broth was warm. This is my reason for the 4 stars. I had the Curry Ramen. What Vio doesn't like about Ramen Tatsu In Spr:
(My decade old review is no longer posted) Used to go at least once every week here before all the ramen restaurants started popping out in the valley. Always long wait times that’s how busy and popular they were. Covid happens, service and kitchen changed. Tried again May 29, 2024: Review: no wait only a couple of tables, 1 server, food is surely not the same as we remember from their heydays.
