What John Anderson likes about Briggs Oyster Co.:
Lots of American sushi rolls, one or two kinds of oysters and quite a few good hot seafood dishes from the kitchen. Their main oysters are from Louisiana which I would not touch with a 10ft pole. Raw seafood from the filthy warm gulf? No thanks. You eat oysters from ice cold ocean water. They had some from Baja that I suspect were farm raised that were pretty good. Oysters were just OK. Nothing outstanding. Service sucked. The employees just stood around and talked to themselves. Cesar salad had way to much dressing on it. The fish had way to mush breading on it. More breading than fish. Will not return. View all feedback.
