My go-to sandwich is the Veggie Turkey without cheese. I believe that their veggie pumpkin sandwich is the tastiest option. It's disappointing that I have to pay the full price even when I order an item without cheese or mayo. I wish this place had vegan cheese and vegan mayo options. Due to smoking being allowed indoors in casinos, I usually choose to dine at the nearby location in Downtown Summerlin.
