we are working in the center cut steakhouse before a show in flamingo. we sat right away for our reservation. the service was excellent and eric, our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. the atmosphere was very pleasant and it was quiet enough to conduct a normal conversation without screaming about the music. that was great and we had a very pleasant time. we've been here for many years. food quality is simply not too par. steaks wasn't too tempted, they had to be redeemed because it was actually cold. my was a ribbed eye, should be moist and tender, sad it was dry, luke warm and not tender. sad for a high-quality place like center cut.
