What Asia Gaylord likes about China Mama:
Wow, this restaurant is fantastic! It's no wonder it was full on a Thursday night at 6:30. I can only imagine how busy it gets on the weekend. We ordered the mapo tofu, salted egg yolk shrimp, green beans, and crispy pork. All the dishes were excellent, but my favorites were the first three. The service was quick and friendly.
