They nailed it on every detail. The hamachi kama was delectable, tender and had a super thin, crispy baked golden outer crust that was to die for. They made a special salmon roll with salmon on top and ultra thin sliced lemon was off the charts delicious. The garlic edamame was the best I've ever had.
