Went for the first time today after running errands and am now addicted. This place is a whole experience and the customer service was top notch. Knowledgeable, kind and above and beyond. What Leslie Stevenson doesn't like about Nielsen's Frozen Custard:
There were only three flavors available: chocolate, Oreo mint, and strawberry. The employees seemed confused and not helpful at all. They were rushing, but messing up which took more time than just slowing down and getting things right the first time. The orange cow concrete was fantastic, and the atmosphere feels rogut for a top tier custard spot.
I got a blueberry lemon cheesecake concrete and it was SO good. The combinations are endless. The lines on the weekend are insane but staff is efficient and friendly
Great place... Friendly staff.. Super clean definitely feels like you stepped back in time love it!! Oh and custard? AMAZING
The old signs are cool, the food is good, the restroom is great, love this place.
