To clarify, this review is for the Starbucks right across from the NY-NY front desk.Waited about 12 minutes in line to place an order on Sunday morning (of July 4th weekend though) around 10:40 AM. 25 minutes passed by the time the drinks were ready.However, wanted to point out that the people taking the orders were friendly and professional. Worst Starbucks location ever. Arrogant and irresponsible. They forgot my order and made me wait 30 mins. I told them 3 times, I believe my order got missed because people who came way after me kept leaving. But without even checking they kept saying there’s a line. Finally, after 30 mins they realized my order was missed. And gave me the worst latte ever in any Starbucks. View all feedback.
