Starbucks - Las Vegas

What Kimberly S likes about Starbucks:
The guy that works in this Starbucks is super nice always does my drinks right but there is one younger girl that should not be talking about her problems in front of customers js all all this is my fav Starbucks View all feedback.

What Elizabeth W doesn't like about Starbucks:
3 employees and not one of them acknowledged me when I approached the counter. I 'd understand if they were all busy, but they weren 't. When I finally did get acknowledged the customer service was poor at best. I have previously visited this Starbucks and asked for extra foam in my drink, they gave me a cup 3/4 full of foam and a little coffee. So this time I ask for a little extra and that seemed to annoy the male barista working. So am I adding extra foam or not? He said to his coworker as she read my order. He had an attitude about it, which I truly didn 't understand. I don 't care if my drink is messed up , mistakes happen, but I do care when you have poor customer service. Please do better.
