I'm sorry but I have to give this Starbucks a low score. It has absolutely nothing to do with service or staff. It has to do with people getting ripped off when using the app to pay. Starbucks often has challenges where if you order specific items so many times you have the chance to get bonus points. We're not talking about tiny points here we're talking 40 to 100 points!
