Went on our last night in Vegas, authentic Indian food. We loved it!
Tamba describes itself as the best Indian food on the strip, but it is very difficult to find and the food is mediocre at best. There's nothing I hate more than having my food ice cold, but that is how it was served to us. The server was nice enough to take it back to be reheated, but many of the other dishes were the same. I guess it's my fault thinking that I could get authentic Indian food on the Las Vegas strip, but I will never return to this one.
Food is incredible! The chicken tikka masala is amazing. My 6 year old could not stop raving about the taste and we all know how picky kids can be. Thumbs up I can't wait to go back to try more dishes. If you are new to Indian food you will ask to have (Serg) be your waiter to guide you on this culinary experience!
When I called to confirm my Open Table reservation they said they didn't have it because their system wasn't working properly with Open Table. I had to reserve it again on the phone. A bit annoying. When we got there the restaurant wan only half full so it wasn't a big deal. The food was great. However we had to remind them 3 times to bring a follow on order of raita which they had assured us would be very quick. The excellent food and a very helpful hostess made up for all that and we left happy.
