This is my favorite restaurant! We love the Teriyaki Delusion. This place is consistently good, especially compared to other locations. The food quality is superior here. It's clean, although the staff isn't very attentive. However, I don’t think it matters much since we usually order online and pick up our meals. Still, a simple greeting wouldn’t hurt. I had a disappointing experience with Teriyaki Madness on 7/17/22. I placed an order on their website and provided my credit card information, but the restaurant never received my order. As a result, I ended up paying and tipping without receiving any food. While I love their food, I'm frustrated with the poor management and lack of customer service from corporate. Be cautious!
