If you have the opportunity, ask for Jay! We have three young children and this man went above and beyond to make them feel special. He was an amazing server! The food was also excellent. Thank you again, Jay! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tgi Fridays:
Stopped in this afternoon for an order of potato skins. Tried them here a couple of weeks ago, and they were good, real crispy. This time, they weren't crispy at all, just greasy and rubbery. So, now I'm wondering if I was just lucky last time, and this is how they normally turn out, or if the cook was in a rush this time and under-cooked them. My bill for the potato skins and a Diet Coke came to over $19. I know thi... View all feedback.

Friday is tasty and service is usually quite good here. I just give it star because the official website and this yelp site offers an online offer.
GREAT PLACE TO COME AND EAT. BEEN COMING HERE EVERYTIME WE COME TO VEGAS. SERVERS VERY PLEASANT. AND VERY DELICIOUS. GREAT SAMPLER PLATES. 7/29/2022
We had lunch this afternoon and the service was awful! The food was good, which was the only good part of our experience. Our troubles began when we approached the host and had to greet him multiple times before he acknowledged us. After we were seated, we ordered our food and drinks. Unfortunately, we were not offered refills, so I regretted asking for ice in my drink. The real issue arose when we requested a to-go box and the check. The waitress placed it next to me instead of my husband, which made him feel embarrassed as if she thought he couldn't afford the $52 bill. To make matters worse, she accidentally dropped the check on the floor and then tried to hand it to me after picking it up from the dirty ground. The final straw was the awkwardness over leaving a tip. We felt pressured to tip, as not doing so could have reinforced the waitress's perception that my husband couldn't afford to eat there. However, her poor service didn't warrant a generous tip. In the end, my husband left a 15% tip out of pride, even though he felt she didn't deserve it. It was Veterans Day, and my husband, a 20-year veteran, just wanted to treat his wife to lunch. We have no plans to return to this restaurant. If we had complained to a manager, we feared it would only make matters worse and be seen as a ploy to get a free meal.
