When you order from a menu that says cold ginger chicken you expect it to come to you cold. Every time I order it, it is never cold. I asked him if it was cold, because it was take out. He said if I wanted it cold, I should have ordered it cold!!! The menu states cold, so why should I ensure that it is cold? Did he not come from Hawaii and eat from Mui Kwai or Kin Wah???
