This small restaurant in the town of Latina is something special it serves Ethiopian food in an original way. You get a basket with a kind of pancakes. You unroll one of these pancakes and then they put a stew of meat or vegetables on the pancake. After five different dishes, they come back and ask what you liked best and that you can get again.
