Beautiful food! Hard to find such authentic tasting Vietnamese food in Tasmania but this place nails it. A cosy little shop, but even when every table was packed full it never felt crowded. The food was full of flavor and the servings were generous, definitely worth the cost (which aren't all that expensive either! . They're worth the visit for sure!! We go to Saigon Express at least twice a week. We lived in Marrickville (Sydney) before we moved to Hobart which is a huge Vietnamese area with over 30 Vietname...

"While the business is still new and finding its feet, the staff are all very friendly and the food is definitely something not to miss. The curries are fairly priced and we were offered some extra rice for free when we ran out while dining in. Would really love to see this business succeed as it is run by lovely people and would hate to see them go - so go in and give them some support! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very cosy and perfect for a nice winter meal. Will definitely become a regular here!"

"This is a fancy chinese restaurant. We had dim sum on Sunday. The dim sum items are delicious and authentic. The egg custard is really good. The staff are very professional, responsive and attentive. If you are willing to spend a bit more for a good chinese food, you should try this one."
