I had heard they were great so one night when we had some extra kids decided to give them a go. My wife called and when answered was asked to hold after 7 min she decided to call back. She was then put only hold without so much as a greeting after 5 minutes she called back same again. When challenged about if on facebook best recovery they could offer was insult. read more.
