Buffalo Wild Wings - Laurel

Great place to get a quick bite. I was at Holiday Inn next door, very comfortable, just a few minutes walk. I was alone in town in business, so I sat at the bar upstairs. All the locals I meant were very friendly. Lauren (I hope I got her name right) the bartender was great. She stopped your thirst and gave recommendations on what was good (I am not a big wing fan) and her suggestions were right at the point. The whole American burger was pretty good. Stop being close, I don't think you'll be disappointed. I'll definitely get back in the area. It was also St. Patrick's Day, so the design beer was green!

Eating is always great and if something is not mine as they fix it without problems. I had forgotten people my order and have an extra long waiting period twice, BUT they always do it right and are never rude. They once made a mistake with my order and repaired it immediately and gave me food while waiting for the correct order. This seems to be getting a lower rating, but I appreciate a good customer service from mistakes. Each company makes them and their ability to deal effectively with the situation and be helpful is very repeatable.

I and my sister ordered it. They gave me my order first. The manager realized we were together and asked for my order. He said they only cook fresh wings and mines were cold and they were hot and fresh. I ordes was given at the same time. I think that was so nice and thoughtful.

First experience with all Buffalo wild wings. I'll never go back to Hootern for wings. Very brilliant. So many different flavors to choose. Wings were cooked exactly. Clean bones and so juicy.
