What John Sevilla doesn't like about Cecil's:
The service was good, but the atmosphere was not. It literally felt like someone's basement with LED lights. The front door or the establishment is literally a residential wooden front door. They also had old motel chairs outside, which reminded me of old Ocean City motel chairs. The drinks weren't bad, and the service wasn't either. The place has lots of potential but needs the guy from Bar Rescue to remodel it. View all feedback.
