I have never personally had a bad experience with Jimmy John's, I enjoy their unwhich every time. I have gotten delivery and gone through the drive through and they never forget my toppings or sides and I appreciate the kind customer service. Was not happy at all. May not order from this jimmy johns again. We order 2 sandwiches one drink 2 bbq chips and 2 red velvet brownies. My order went through. Waited over an hour for our food. I called the store they told me it was on the way I said ok thank you. Then we waited another hour. And still never got our order. We waited 2 full hours then ended up going somewhere to get food.
