I grew up by Bogue Homa lake and has been years since I have been back to the area. Payed a visit to the lake yesterday and was disappointed. Lake could be one of the best money producers in the state if properly maintained and managed. After speaking with some locals apparently the state property has been mismanaged for many years. Road closed and could not see or access lake.
