When you approach the counter at any Panda Express location, you may feel a bit rushed as it's an express service. I found the experience to be too hurried for my liking, but it was tolerable. However, I was disappointed to discover that the drink machine was located downstairs and did not offer tea after I had already purchased a drink. View all feedback. The manager allowed the line to become extremely long while preparing online orders! I was the second person in line and waited ten minutes for my order. Soon, the line extended out the door with four to five people waiting and no one managing the line properly.
