"We entered the diner and was met by a very rude employee. Felt like a herd of cattle vs being treated as a valued customer....so we left. Where was that southern hospitality? Definitely not at Pearl's Diner. I asked many local shop owners where to eat after the fact and all turned up their nose when Pearls was mentioned. Pearls WAS on top of our list of places to visit while in Laurel.....so disappointed! Pearl's....you can do so much better!!!!"

"We love Mimmo's! Fire brick oven pizza and awesome pasta. My favorite is the chicken parmesian. You get a very large chicken breast over pasta with flavorful marina. It's awesome. Oh and don't forget to try the garlic knots for an appetizer!"

"Current store manager has been with the company for years. She was over the Laurel Pizza Hut until they moved her back down due to complaints about this location. We had an online order (they do not personally deliver as much anymore goes through Doordash) where the driver took an 45 minutes to deliver and both us and the store was keeping an eye on where this driver was going. Driver ended up stopping outside of town for 40 minutes and the store manager reported this person directly to doordash for wasting both ours and another customer's time. They ended up remaking both orders so it would be hot. If you EVER have an issue, Just speak to Janet. She'll get you fixed up."

"Food service was great! The temperature of the restaurant was so cold, that it made being there uncomfortable. The chairs are way too small. We considered using one chair per cheek.
