I just spent 4 nights here in the lovely and quiet town of La Cadrie de Azure at the Hotel Berard and Spa - I came here for the cooking classes that I found

Superb This is a michelin starred restaurant which deserves the title of being a great restaurantThe food is exceptional and very inventive.

This review is for Berard's 1 michelin star restaurant, which popped into my head in the middle of a disappointing meal at a fancy place here in New York.
