Ein Foodtruck wurde mehrmals in Lausanne Croisettes (Epalinges) sowie in Pully getestet. Das Essen war sehr gut, die Zubereitung schnell und der Empfang herzlich. Leider nicht immer sehr authentisch mexikanisch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Essen unterwegs war gut: Etwa 7/9 CHF für einen Burrito und 3/4 CHF für ein Eis oder ein Getränk.
Wenn du auf der Suche nach etwas Ceviche auf dem Markt bist, ist dieses Restaurant eine gute Option. Es ist schön, schnell und sehr zitronig.
