Came in at 14:45, looked for a clean table, there was none. All of them had food leftovers on them. No staff behind the counter, staff in front of the counter was eating lunch, saw me but ignored me. I sat down at a random table, had to wait for a friend anyway. 15 minutes, nothing happened. Eventually I was asked what I wanted to order. Tea took them 10 minutes to make.
