Lapin à la moutarde, avec pommes de terre et légumes du moment : rien à dire sur les accompagnements. Par contre, pour le lapin, 2 morceaux : un bout des côtes (un lapin, ce n'est pas un bœuf ...) et ... la tête ?! Là non plus, les joues de lapin, ce n'est pas des joues de bœuf.
