More than 30 minutes waiting because the workers cooled and never cared about costumes

This place (concorde) was a deception most of my last visits. for the high price of food, we usually go to other places now. I thought I'd give him another chance, but the service was bad and eating is just ok. pity that their mkflurry is so good! I have to go back.

There is a worker named andrée who was very rude to me because I had a good idea she had never seen before and she told me to make her job when I told her to ask another colleague for help. she asked me « quel esti de boisson tu veux? », then she called my order funny because I asked for extra pickles and salat. it was the rude interaction I've ever had and if I could set 0 stars, I would!

Staff very rude and disrespectful, they do not know how to talk to clients. Waited 30 minutes in line when we were only 2 customers. When the worker gave me my order it was all wrong!!!
