As a bubble tea loverThis place is my best bubble tea l've had in MontrealI'm so glad I got to try this bistro.
Food: they serve comfort foodWe ordered the famous Braised Pork Rice and Japanese curry riceThey were all pretty good.
Ordered limonade green tea, braised pork rice bowl, the Japanese curry rice and panna cotta with tapioca pearl. The food was good overall.

"Once a year, on my birthdate, I take myself to have a very special meal, sky's the limit. Unfortunately, I was not able to keep with my tradition during the periods that the restaurants were forced to close due to Covid. I made my list if where I was going to take myself and after reviewing their menu, this was where I decided upon. I've been here before (many years ago) and remembered it was top notch. I was not disappointed. Everything from the ambience, staff, service, food, presentation and room were esquisite. I was surprised that they all knew it was my birthday. I had 2 orders of their creme brulée and pan seared foie gras, then the magret de canard. I savored every bite! Thanks to everyone at Bonaparte, I had an awesome birthday!"

"Excellent food and attentive service. we had the 4-course tasting menu (10 small dishes) and were (very happy) full of the end. oyster mushroom, Nordic garnel and squash dishes were favorite. I did not cost the lamb so much, but this is a question of personal taste. would definitely recommend!"

"Everything was terrible, excluding the general tao chicken. The springrolls were decent as well, but the dipping sauce was putrid. It was extremely liquidy and tasted like sewage water (I am not kidding). I spit out my food 2 times, that's how bad this restaurant is. The chicken in most of the dishes was disgusting and had a terrible taste, definitely not fresh. The beef was chewy and inedible. The peanut butter dumplings had an odd taste as well. Everything eaten at this restaurant was just off. Never again will I step in there again, and I beg all of you to not go here. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"The owners and workers are really nice! The black coffee and soy latte were really good! The vibe is sunny and relaxed. No fireworks here, just a great place to enjoy breakfast and do some work."
