I've been to many Sushi Shops and this one is by far the best. Being a chain, you would think the sushi would be the same everywhere but it really varies depending on the person preparing the sushi. This location adds something special and I've never been disappointed. To be clear I'm not comparing to high end sushi restaurants but rather to quick serve establishments. What User doesn't like about Sushi Shop:
3-stars for the nice decor, cleanliness and great service (infallibly in English - I appreciate that). I also know that this is "fast food sushi" and it's not supposed to be as good as the higher-end restaurants (though prices are a match) - so can I really hold the poor quality against them...? I go once in a while because it's open at odd hours when most sushi places are shut - like weekends at lunchtime or weekday afternoons. I'm also crazy for seaweed/edamame salads and theirs is the best. But the sushi... Yuk. Can you say filler??? Huge pieces filled mainly with fake crab, cucumber and thick rice. Hardly any fish, and *tasteless*! I always tell myself this is the last time, but... I never learn.
