I think I was there before it opened properly. The drop down menu starts in January 2015 but we visited November 2014. The owner is an ex-gardener who talked very enthusiastically about his search for authenticity. He is really interested in what the locals were eating a hundred or so years ago. He mentioned special types of grain and made some bread for us over an open fire in a pair of tongs. A nice peaceful place.... View all feedback.
