What User likes about Wendy's:
The manager was very accommodating when I went over a charge I had contested on my credit card. Weeks ago there was a power failure and my charge on the app had passed, but the location was closed when we tried to pick up our order. Today I had to ask the manager for help in the fight and he just offered me to return my money. Much easier to treat than my credit card staff. View all feedback.

What Mortimer Thebear doesn't like about Wendy's:
2020.07-25/0800; Was passing through to Laguna Beach early morning and we all found out Wendy's had breakfast. Since we all never had it, we thought we'd try it. Surprisingly excellent. The croissant sandwiches were delicious! The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits were delicious, too. The breakfast fries were delicious as well. The only thing that was terrible at this location was the drive through attendants attitude. That's okay, we were just saying thank you and she didn't even say a word or even crack a smile. Other than that, I would definitely eat at any other Wendy's again. The food and prices were excellent.
