Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lawnside

Chicken sandwich, fries and strawberry limonade were amazing, but the ride through the window saw ghetto with stickers on the outside. It's hard to see. It looks like you're going to a garbage dump. The food comes through a rotating window and the Emloyee has never greeted me or thanked me for my order.

We got the 2 for $6 chicken sandwich it was just drones hanging together tomato on roll, cheese was not melted, sauce was over rolls. I'll never be back.

The fact that the lobby is never open at 9 a.m. is annoying because the amount of times that this place gets an order wrong is u credible. Especially after sitting in a long drive thru line. Too often get a combo and they forget the sides. Or asked to move forward to wait for someone to get your food out and they totally forget your outside so you get back into the line to get your food. Customer service and courtesy in this place is terrible. Avoid.

I can't tell you how many times I ordered one thing just to find something else in my pocket than what I ordered. There's no din in now, so it's just a customer at a time. To make something worse, they don't answer the phone so I'm forced to wait in the Drive-Thru line again to correct the order because their doors are locked. To complete it, they charge us two dollars more because they don't have a special for the same price and ask us for the chicken we touched to exchange it. No customer service. They would have exchanged the order for the same costs or at least left us with the old order after the Hassle. Now I wonder if they serve this chicken to another customer?

With all the competing chicken food places there are today I forgotten how much I really enjoyed Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and the recipe that Popeyes uses for the breading on chicken and the shrimp was just excellent ! service was swift and painless and professional! I'll be back Popeyes!
