"Jefferson's felt more like a bar than a restaurant. Ordered fried mushrooms and wings. It was good but I wouldn't make it a priority to go here again next time I'm in town. I asked for my wings to be cooked a little longer and they weren't. They were cooked through, and tasted good, I just prefer them well done."

"Oh man I loved this restaurant. The food, the drinks, the vibes. *chefs kiss* If you order anything order the Brussels sprouts. They are so yummy and shareable! I didn?t get a photo of them because my stomach ate before my camera ever stood a chance. The pasta was wonderful, the best I?ve had since being back in the states!"

"I was truly impressed with our visit today. The food and the staff were excellent. We had the two meat plates with burnt ends fried pickles, baked beans, and fries. The burnt ends were the best we have ever had. They were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The young lady at the counter named Shy was truly what made our day. Not only did she have excellent customer service skills but she also asked us how the food was on the way out the door. That is so rare these days, it really made our day. Thank you for being the best BBQ place around town and in Kansas"

"I've been going back and forth for a few weeks, if I should leave an evaluation. the owner of this place is always so friendly and attentive. the baristas are more touch and go. the coffees are not bad, but they never know if they get a friendly barista or barista that just wants to finish with them as fast as possible so that they can talk to their friend or on their handy. there were baristas from the last summer, they were always so friendly and chatty in the best wise. I told my friend that I want to find a new coffee place, but this is the closest to our place, so."

"We loved how quiet this place was. It was nice to be able to go to a nice, quiet, romantic dinner so close to our house. Our food and service was amazing. We look forward to eating here often. I want to edit this to add that we went back for their 5 year anniversary party and had a blast. We met Rick and Nancy, the owners and made a lot of amazing friends that we plan to come back and have brunch with. Everything about this place is amazing! The food, atmosphere, employees and even the customers are awesome!"

"The person that dropped off my food heard me say oh man. He came back and asked what was wrong. I told him I forgot to ask for no lettuce, he took it back and fixed it. I went to look for a knife a few minutes later but they didn’t have any. He saw that and came to the table with a knife and fork. Great work ethic and great customer service!"

"I love Wheatfield's bread, but I wouldn't call the café vegan-friendly. When you come to breakfast, your options are dry toast, hash brown and fruit. There is also a vegan ginger cookie, and Soymilk is available for espresso drinks. We were told that the peanut butter and the jelly sandwich are not available before lunch, which seemed silly. Other vegan lunch options are a salad or sandwich with animal products removed. Sandwich toppings and spices are quite milk-centric, including on the Tempeh leaves. A designated vegan sandwich (except pb)"
