So I usually eat at Pollo campero around the corner but man I am so happy that I walked a few more feet to find one of the greatest places I have had the liberty to eat at. someone needs to teach the butcher how to cut a brisket. you don't go WITH the grain you go against it. did they miss that in dickies barbecue training ?? obviously NOT FROM TEXAS. it was cooked properly but still tasted a little tough because it's not cut correctly. read more.
