What User doesn't like about Society American Nosherie:
Sunday brunch is a diaster. We ordered the fish board and we were told the 2 person portion had 2 pieces of fish and the 4 person came with 4. Well for the 5 of us we ordered the 4 person. When it came out it had 2 pieces of fish, 8 shrimp and a handful of fries. When we questioned the waitress she shrugged it off and asked for our payment. Definitely will not be back for Sunday meals! Went there twice, and the staff was not very welcoming. The staff congregates in the back corner of the bar and just kind of hangs out with each other. It just seems like more of a high school cafeteria feeling. It's more of a hangout for the employees than it is for the servitude of the customers. It's just a very strange unwelcoming feeling both times I have been there. Maybe if you know people that work there, it might seem normal. I'm not sure if I plan on trying it again.
Had the society burger ? wasn 't much to rave about and it was over done. Had onion rings and they were over done and were soaked with grease ?. My husband had coffee that was luke warm, only had powdered creamer and no real sugar. Menu didn 't say anything about green peppers being in apple salad or chili ?
What a fun spot with a decent selection of draft and plenty of TVs to watch whatever sport event you fancy. Small stage up to the front. If someone is playing it can be tough to carry a conversation at the osest tables so just be aware what kind of night you want to have before settled on a spot.
Owners are amazing as well as waitress Ashley. They were super friendly and made sure the experience was some of the best we have ever had. Food was just as amazing. Thank you all for always making it great.
The food quality was very poor and it was SUPER expensive. My fries were at a higher price point and reminded me of concession stand food and my brothers spaghetti was watery and it was a super small portion. The total after tip was 55+ and we ended up stopping to eat fast food on the way back because we were still hungry.
