Superb customer service and big kudos to Kayla S., the manager I went to this location as I always do, but needed a last minute huge order for death in the family. Not only was Kayla attentive to my needs, she also was sympathetic to my cause. She ensured all the food was hot, provided serving tools and just overall went above and beyond!!! View all feedback.

What Elizabeth O'Keefe doesn't like about Shane Rib Shack:
the first time I tried to eat, I ordered a rehearsal plate. the food was ok meat was on the dry side, and the mac and cheese had no crust or taste. Surprisingly, the loaded blacks were quite delicious and the best from my order. I am willing to try this place again, but must say the prices are a little higher than they should be. Our order was taken quickly by Khari who is wonderful (and pretty too! . She brought out our food in probably 5 minutes or less. You?ll see in the provided pic...
