Leaky lid is back....You guys have to figure this out. It's not acceptable in the hypercompetitive drive thru coffee business. The employees are all amazing, every day. I've had hot coffee cups disintegrate. My go-to is a medium iced drink. How long will it take to fix. Starbucks is closed for a month. Get on it.
